TLVCo, LLC ("TLVCo," "we," "us," or "our") operates Sable. This Privacy Policy describes the information Sable collects, how it is used and shared, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you.
1. Information Sable collects
Information you enter. Sable collects the sleep and wellness information you choose to enter, including morning sleep logs, evening check-ins, habit selections, Restful Sleep Score questionnaire responses and scores, personalization responses, and related Sable-generated sleep metrics and trends.
Apple Health information. If you grant permission, Sable may read sleep analysis data, heart-rate variability, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, resting heart rate, and sleeping wrist temperature when those data are available on your device. Sable never writes health data to Apple Health. Raw Apple Health samples remain on your device. Limited derived or aggregated values and Sable-generated results calculated partly from authorized Apple Health data may be processed or stored to provide Sable.
Usage and analytics information. Sable collects app-use events, an anonymous or pseudonymous app identifier, and limited technical information needed to operate, secure, measure, and improve Sable. Analytics events may include feature-use information, questionnaire responses or scores, connection status, data-source counts, purchase events, and limited technical information. Raw Apple Health samples are not sent to analytics providers.
Purchase information. Apple and our subscription-management provider provide purchase, subscription, and entitlement information needed to activate and manage paid access. TLVCo does not receive your full payment-card details.
Support communications. Sable does not require a user-created account or collect an email address inside the app. If you contact us, we receive the email address and other information you choose to send.
2. How information is collected
Information comes from your selections and responses in Sable, from Apple Health only after you grant the applicable permissions, from Apple purchase services, and from app-use events generated when Sable is used.
3. How TLVCo uses information
TLVCo uses information to provide and personalize Sable; calculate and display sleep-related metrics, trends, and educational content; maintain purchase access; operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve Sable; respond to support requests; and meet legal obligations. TLVCo may use aggregated or de-identified information for statistical analysis, product development, and service improvement when that information is not used to identify an individual.
4. Health-data limits
TLVCo does not sell personal information or Apple Health information. Apple Health information is not used or disclosed for advertising, marketing, or other use-based data-mining purposes. TLVCo does not use identifiable or pseudonymous sleep or health information to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
5. Sharing with service providers and others
TLVCo uses service providers for hosting and app operations, analytics, subscription management, and related infrastructure. These providers may process only the information needed for the services they provide to TLVCo. TLVCo requires providers that receive user information to protect it under obligations appropriate to the information they handle and to use it only for authorized purposes. TLVCo uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect user-linked information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and TLVCo cannot guarantee absolute security.
TLVCo may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights or safety of TLVCo or others, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable privacy law.
Apple separately processes information connected with Apple Health and App Store purchases under Apple's own terms and privacy practices.
6. Retention and deletion
TLVCo keeps user-linked information for as long as needed to provide Sable, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect the service, and enforce agreements. You can use Delete My Data in Sable Settings. TLVCo will delete or permanently de-identify user-linked Sable data held by TLVCo or its processors within 30 days after a verified deletion request submitted through Sable, except information that must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, payment, security, or dispute purposes. De-identified information that can no longer reasonably be linked to you may be retained. Removing Sable from your device does not submit a deletion request. Delete My Data does not remove information held by Apple, including Apple Health and App Store records, or cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions must be canceled through Apple.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You control Apple Health permissions through Apple Health or your device privacy settings and may withdraw those permissions at any time for future access. Features that depend on Apple Health data may stop working or provide less information after access is withdrawn. You may delete user-linked Sable data through Delete My Data in Settings. Depending on where you live, applicable law may also provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to lodge a complaint with a privacy authority. Requests may be sent to support@thelongevityvault.com. TLVCo may take reasonable steps to verify a request before acting on it.
8. EEA and UK users
Where EEA or UK privacy law applies, TLVCo is the controller of the personal information described in this Policy. TLVCo processes information as needed to provide Sable at your request, to operate and protect Sable where permitted by law, to meet legal obligations, and with consent where consent is required. Where applicable law treats information as special-category data, TLVCo processes that information with explicit consent where required.
You may withdraw consent for future processing without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, or lodge a complaint with a privacy authority. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where TLVCo or its providers operate. TLVCo uses safeguards required by applicable law for cross-border transfers.
9. Legal capacity and younger users
Sable is intended for people who can lawfully consent to its use and to the processing described in this Policy. Where applicable law requires permission from a parent or guardian, that permission is required before use.
10. Changes and contact
